As a world leading manufacturer of premium exercise equipment, CYBEX is no stranger to bringing some of the most innovative products to gyms around the world. Taking place in San Francisco, the recent 30th annual IHRSA Convention brought together health and fitness professionals from around the globe and provided the perfect platform for CYBEX to showcase some of its latest products to the rest of the industry.
As one of the sponsors of the convention, CYBEX launched a number of new products throughout the four days. These included the new ‘Push, Pull and Lift’ series of the Bravo Functional Trainer which combines the best of selectorised and cable-based strength training, the groundbreaking 770T treadmill which will be launched in the UK at Leisure Industry Week in September and the Big Iron series of racks and benches, designed to survive the most demanding of heavyweight workouts.
With CYBEX International’s distributors from around the world as well as a large group of Cybex customers from the UK amongst the visitors at the event, IHRSA’s early morning workout sessions provided the perfect opportunity for all attendees to try out the CYBEX range of fitness equipment.
Patrick House, the latest winner of the US series of The Biggest Loser and now a CYBEX fitness ambassador, was on hand to meet with delegates and share his experiences about his time on the show. The CYBEX stand remained very busy throughout the convention, with attendees sampling some of the highest quality exercise and strength equipment which was also on display in a range of unique custom colours and upholstery styles.
